At Type One Perfumes, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly and securely.
- Delivery Locations: We ship across Australia.
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
- Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes around 7 business days from Metro to Metro and up to 14 business days to regional locations from the time of dispatch.
- Shipping Costs: Flat fee of $9.95 to anywhere in Australia. Free shipping on orders over AUD $99.00.
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.
Returns & Refunds

Return Window: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products only.

Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
