At Type One Perfumes, we aim to deliver your favorite fragrances quickly and securely.

• Delivery Locations: We ship across Australia.
• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days.
• Shipping Time: Standard shipping takes around 7 business days from Metro to Metro and up to 14 business days to regional locations from the time of dispatch.
• Shipping Costs: Flat fee of $9.95 to anywhere in Australia. Free shipping on orders over AUD $99.00.

Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

• Return Window: You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted for unopened and unused products only.

• Process:

  2. Provide your order details and reason for return.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our team.

• Refund Policy: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the returned product is inspected. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
